Mario is a visual artist, entrepreneur, engineer, certified life coach, business leader, family man, motivational speaker, AND cancer survivor. He likes to call himself a chef, but puts ketchup on almost everything.
Mario has had a long career in the technology field working in almost every role from design to development, from operations to being a global business executive. He has led teams in multiple countries and has groomed and grown leaders to the executive level. Along the way, he has earned technology patents, performance awards, and leadership accolades.
Through hard work and determination he became one of the highest rated and trusted leaders in Microsoft. He has also been a keynote speaker at the National Society of Black Engineers, TAPIA Diversity in Computing, and the Trayvon Martin Foundation to name a few.
